What Agreements Were Made by the Relatives of Missing Soldiers with the Deputy Chief of Police?
The parents of soldiers who went missing during the 44-day war met yesterday, July 27, with Vardan Vardanyan, the Deputy Chief of Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They agreed to wait until the Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan returns from his trip.
One of the parents told NEWS.am that they were given time until August 10 for the meeting.
It should be noted that the parents of soldiers from the 'Chemists' military unit in Ejmiatsin, whose children were transferred to Artsakh on October 21, 2021, only to find themselves trapped and missing due to a wrong command, blocked the Baghramyan-Proshyan crossroad and demanded a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. They had held a protest a week earlier with the same demand, but Pashinyan did not meet with them.
