Photos: 17 People Hospitalized After Collision Between Truck and Passenger Vehicle in Tsilkar

On June 26, at 18:35, the National Center for Crisis Management received information about an accident on the road from Spitak city in Lori province towards the "Gntunik" fast food point, near a gas station; there were injuries.

A firefighter-rescue crew from the regional rescue administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it was determined that a "GAZ-53" truck (driver: K. S.) and a "Mercedes Sprinter" passenger vehicle collided at the beginning of the village of Tsilkar.

Before rescuers arrived, the driver of the "GAZ-53" truck and 17 passengers of the "Mercedes Sprinter" were hospitalized at the Aparan Medical Center.

Rescuers disconnected the "Mercedes Sprinter" and closed the gas cylinder valve of the "GAZ-53" truck.
