Dojd TV Recognized as Undesirable Organization in Russia

The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia has recognized the Dojd television channel as an undesirable organization. This was stated in an official statement from the agency.

Previously, in the summer of 2021, this privately owned Russian television channel had been designated as a "foreign agent" in Russia. Following the invasion of Ukraine by Russia in 2022, the media outlet had left the country.

Dojd continued broadcasting temporarily from Latvia, where it was deprived of its broadcasting license, after which it was decided to continue operations from Amsterdam.
