Azerbaijanis Continue to Hold Advanced Positions in Tegh: Pashinyan
The situation in the village of Tegh has not changed; Azerbaijanis remain in advanced positions. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this today, July 25, during a press conference, in response to a journalist's clarifying question.
Earlier, in response to a journalist's observation, Pashinyan noted that the financing of Artsakh is not a lever but a reality that should not be forgotten. 'As long as necessary, we stand by our sisters and brothers in Nagorno-Karabakh. Let someone honestly say, what have we saved?' he said.
'We are talking about self-determination; if it turns out our position is correct, there will be no state left in the world. This is not a simple question. They say, it should have been this way, yes it should have been, let it have been until 2018. They claim that had the revolution not happened, this would have occurred. Fine, let those remarks not have been made from the National Assembly podium four days before the revolution claiming the negotiation process is stalled, and there is no optimism, that Azerbaijan's expectations are unrealistic. What prevented Vardan Oskanian from voicing his thoughts? Now he is just playing with words,' the Prime Minister added.
