Araik Harutyunyan to Deliver Address Today

The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, will deliver an address today at 22:00 concerning the current severe situation and the actions to be taken. He announced this on his Facebook page.

“Dear compatriots, today at 22:00, I will present an address. The seven-month blockade of Artsakh and especially the complete siege for the last month are increasingly exacerbating the security and humanitarian situation of our people.

In my address, I will briefly discuss the current severe situation and the necessary actions,” the announcement states on the President of Artsakh's Facebook page.
