Artsakh and its People Cannot Be Part of Azerbaijan, Gurgen Nersisyan

For decades, Azerbaijan has pursued a policy of ethnic cleansing against Artsakh and has now moved on to implementing its criminal plans. This was stated by the Minister of State of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan, during a rally in Stepanakert-Yerevan.

The minister noted that despite the Azerbaijani blockade, the people of Artsakh continue to fight. He emphasized his pride in the people of Artsakh.

"We have managed to achieve the most important thing - to reaffirm and prove that Artsakh and its people cannot be part of Azerbaijan. Never! Not today, nor tomorrow. This is not a whim; this is an indispensable prerequisite for the existence of the people of Artsakh," he stressed.

"Any verbal or written statement by the Republic of Armenia recognizing Artsakh and its people as part of Azerbaijan is unacceptable," Nersisyan pointed out, addressing the Armenian authorities. According to him, the events unfolding indicate devastating consequences for Artsakh and facilitate new crimes by Azerbaijan against the people of Artsakh.
