Putin-Erdogan Contacts Not Planned Yet, but Possible, Says Peskov
Russian President Vladimir Putin has not yet planned any communication with Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan. This was reiterated by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
“There are currently no contacts between Putin and Erdogan, although it is not ruled out that there will be,” Peskov stated.
A journalist had specifically asked the Kremlin spokesperson whether there would be communication between the presidents after explosive materials were found on a cargo ship heading from Turkey to Rostov-on-Don, which had earlier visited the Ukrainian port of Kiliya.
