Russian Billionaire Found Dead in His Moscow Apartment
A billionaire and founder of the delivery service 'Service 77', Igor Kudryakov, has been found dead in his apartment located in central Moscow. The information is reported by 'Izvestia', citing its sources.
The body of the 63-year-old businessman was discovered in an apartment on Kudrinskaya Square. A source explained that the man had been ill recently. 'It is presumed that the death was caused by a cancerous disease,' said the publication's source.
An investigation has been initiated into the matter.
Igor Kudryakov was born on April 4, 1960. In the early 2000s, he founded the grocery delivery service 'Service 77' and also headed the company's board of directors. Later, the company was sold to the dietary supplement manufacturer VIP Group, through which Kudryakov earned $15 million from the deal.
The businessman also served as the first deputy head of the main department of the State Housing Inspection of Moscow Region. For some time, he managed a trading company in Norilsk.
