The community company "Sanmakrjum" is doing everything possible to maintain Stepanakert's reputation as a clean city, but the daily decrease in fuel supplies is creating serious challenges in the sector, often insurmountable ones. If there is no change in the situation, it will soon be impossible to organize the normal waste collection process.
