Businessman and Twitter owner Elon Musk has lost $20.3 billion in just one day, according to Bloomberg.

The decline in the stock price of Tesla, the electric vehicle company, has resulted in the billionaire losing billions of dollars in one day.

Musk's net worth has dropped to $234.4 billion, attributed to a 9.7% decline in Tesla shares following his statements that the company may have to continue lowering its product prices.

Despite these losses, the American entrepreneur remains the richest person in the world. Following Musk is billionaire Bernard Arnault, the owner of the LVMH group (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy).
