Video: Man Buries Over Two Kilograms of Drugs in Soil, Police Say
On July 19, criminal investigators from the Armavir regional department of the police received information that a resident of the village of Janfida was growing cannabis on his property.
According to the police, the data was confirmed following verification operations. A search conducted within the framework of the initiated criminal proceedings resulted in the discovery of a substance resembling 1 kilogram and 400 grams of marijuana, along with cannabis plants.
The 52-year-old man also presented to law enforcement officials containers buried in the ground totaling 2 kilograms and 250 grams of marijuana. The constituted documents have been sent to the territorial investigative department.
The circumstances are being clarified during the pre-investigation stage.
