Kevin Mitnick, the renowned cybersecurity researcher and one of the world's most famous hackers, has passed away at the age of 59. Mitnick died in Las Vegas, with the cause being pancreatic cancer. In his final years, he was receiving treatment at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. The illness had been diagnosed last year.
