VIDEO: Odesa Under Attack – New Details

Today, July 19, Russia has struck Ukraine from the south, using aerial and ground missiles, as well as Iranian Shahed-136/131 attack drones. This was reported by Tsn.ua.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' Air Force announced that Ukraine's air defense forces have shot down 37 aerial targets, including 13 Kalibr cruise missiles, 1 X-59 guided aerial missile, and 23 Shahed-136/131 attack drones. It is believed that the missiles were launched from the Black Sea.

“Critical infrastructure and military facilities have come under attack. The main direction of the strike was the Odesa region. X-22 and Onyx missiles were aimed at Odesa's infrastructure,” reported the Air Force Command.

Al Jazeera, citing U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, reports that Ukraine’s counteroffensive is far from a failure, but the upcoming battles will be long and bloody.

Al Jazeera also reported on a statement from the commander of Ukraine's ground forces, General Oleksandr Syrskyi. “The situation in the east of the country is 'difficult but controllable,'” the commander stated.
