Misinformation Again: Defense Army Denies Azerbaijani Claims
The statement issued by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that the Defense Army units attempted to carry out construction work in the Askeran region around 21:15 on July 18 and that this was allegedly disrupted by Azerbaijani actions is yet another piece of misinformation. This is reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Defense press service.
