VIDEO: Why the Armed Forces of Armenia or the Defense Ministry of Artsakh Were Not at High Combat Readiness Before the 44-Day War

The Chief of Staff has carried out certain actions by directive order. This was stated by former Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan, responding to the question of why the Armed Forces of Armenia or at least the Defense Ministry of Artsakh were not brought to high or full combat readiness before the 44-day war.

“For the threat assessments we had, there were no other options available,” announced Davit Tonoyan.
