Driver Ignoring Police Orders is Brother of Minister Narek Mkrtchyan: "Irakanum"

A video has circulated on the internet showing police officers attempting to detain a driver. In the footage, the driver appears to be refusing to comply with the legitimate orders of the police officers and even tries to strike one of them.

According to Irakanum.am, this driver is the brother of Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan, named Mukuch Mkrtchyan.

"Most likely, the younger Mkrtchyan has considered the fact that his brother is a minister and might feel he does not have to comply with the police officers' legitimate requests," the media outlet reports.
