British Embassy Statement on Red Cross Activities in South Caucasus

The British Embassy has issued a statement regarding the activities of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in the South Caucasus. The ICRC has been conducting extremely important work in the region for many years, including in the Lachin corridor, where their efforts support the local population's access to essential goods and services, including life-saving medicines and healthcare.

The United Kingdom government firmly supports the activities of the ICRC and its ongoing efforts. The UK calls on all parties to refrain from politicizing humanitarian assistance.
