Tiran Khachatryan Raised the Issue of His Own Salary Increase: Prime Minister’s Spokesperson

The spokesperson for the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, has addressed the statements made by former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Tiran Khachatryan.

"The Prime Minister’s office responded to the false claims of the former deputy chief of the General Staff driven by political motives. Reiterating our position, it is important to highlight only one instance when Tiran Khachatryan raised a financial issue during a discussion, which pertained to an increase in his own salary and earned him a reprimand from the Minister of Defense," Baghdasaryan’s words were quoted by the press service of the ruling Civil Contract party.
