Jeyhun Bayramov Threatens Armenia with 'Harsh Responses'
Everyone, primarily Armenia, must understand that no provocation will go unanswered, and that response will be delivered in the harshest manner. Such threats were made by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
According to Azerbaijani media reports, he also stated that creating even greater tension negatively impacts the peace process.
