Russian Authorities Deploy 'Desant' to Armenia: 'Hraparak'

“This week, yet another expert group from Russia has been dispatched to Armenia,” writes the newspaper “Hraparak.”

“Russian authorities have conducted a 'desant' operation to understand the causes of increasing anti-Russian sentiments. They will be meeting with various segments of society. This is not the first initiative by the Russian side in recent years; such visits occur regularly, but they do not draw any conclusions or recognize where their mistakes lie. If summarized briefly, their errors are evident in their behavior in Artsakh and their inability to engage with the Armenian society,” the paper noted.
