Artsakh Minister Comments on Letter to Putin
The Minister of State of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan, addressed the topic of the letter from Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan to Russian President Vladimir Putin during an interview with Public Television. He stated, “It is clear that the Artsakh side cannot just sit with its hands folded; the situation must be presented to the entities that also have certain obligations. I believe that if there is information regarding this, the author of the letter will provide additional details.”
Regarding the recent statement by the President of Artsakh, claiming that the handover of Lachin and Berdzor was imposed by Russian peacekeepers to avoid a large-scale Azerbaijani attack, the Artsakh Minister mentioned that he does not have detailed information on this matter and will refrain from making statements about it.
