Citizen Attempts Suicide from Kievyan Bridge in Yerevan

On July 5, at 00:58, the National Center for Crisis Management received information that a citizen was attempting suicide by jumping from the Kievyan Bridge in Yerevan.

Emergency responders from the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched one firefighting team along with a psychologist from the Psychological Support Division to the scene.

The rescuers, along with the psychologist and police personnel, managed to prevent the citizen's (K.H., born in 1981) suicide attempt. The individual has been transferred to the Mashtots Police Department.
