Two firefighting units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Yerevan Rescue Department, rescue personnel from the Special Rescue Operations Center, operational groups from the Crisis Management Center, and a psychologist from the Psychological Support Division have responded to the scene.

The rescuers cordoned off the area, cut off the power supply to the garages, and implemented safety measures by removing the remnants of windows and glass from the entrances and apartments. The safety of the damaged vehicles was checked, and no dangerous secondary factors were identified. The rescuers have established a watch on the site.
