This was stated by former Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan during a conversation with journalists after joining the signature campaign of the 'Hayakve' initiative today, July 4, in the Kentron administrative district.

“If today the authority is given to me and a group of diplomats, I assure you that within 2-3 months, a significant change can be made in the situation. However, there are several prerequisites. First, that authority must be 100 percent complete. Second, Pashinyan must remain silent for three months, without speaking anywhere. The damage that has been inflicted on Armenia and the Armenian people as a result of Pashinyan's speaking is unparalleled. His statements have brought us into war and exacerbated the situation after the war. Today, his speaking complicates his situation even further and makes it increasingly difficult to change the situation,” said Oskanyan.
