Video: Artsakh Minister of State Reveals Upcoming Actions

A grassroots indefinite movement has begun in Artsakh today. Artsakh's Minister of State Gurgen Nersisyan announced that participants will march to the International Committee of the Red Cross office in Stepanakert, where they will voice their demands. After that, they plan to head to the location of the Russian peacekeepers, where residents of Askeran are prepared to welcome them.

The participants of the movement will return to Renaissance Square in Stepanakert to continue the action on a daily basis.
