Moscow Mayor's Commentary on Drone Attack Incident

Sergei Sobyanin, the Mayor of Moscow, has addressed the recent drone attack incident today.

"Another attempt was made today to attack Ukrainian drones in New Moscow and the Moscow region. The assaults were thwarted by air defense forces, and all detected drones were neutralized. Vnukovo Airport has resumed normal operations," Sobyanin reported on his Telegram channel.

According to the mayor, there are no casualties or injuries. Sobyanin noted that emergency services are working at the scene.

It is worth mentioning that some aircraft were redirected to other airports.
