Video: New Procedure for Citizen Reception at City Hall

The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has announced on his Facebook page that a new procedure will be implemented for citizen receptions at the City Hall.

According to the newly accepted regulations, citizen receptions will be organized based on the review of submitted applications for appropriate clarifications and consultations. Reasons for the rejection of applications for organizing receptions have also been established, along with designated days and times for citizen meetings according to the responsible departments.

All receptions will be audio-visual recorded, and minutes will be taken regarding the clarifications provided.

Meetings with citizens in Yerevan's administrative districts will be organized every Thursday at the residences of the heads of these districts. The schedule for receptions and other details are included in the post.
