Explosion on Komitas Avenue. There are Injured

On July 3 at 22:10, the National Center for Crisis Management received a call reporting an explosion in a garage located at 54/1 Komitas Avenue in Yerevan. There are casualties.

Two firefighting units from the Emergency Situations Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and a rescue team from the Special Purpose Rescue Operations Department have been dispatched to the scene.

According to preliminary information, a 20 kg gas cylinder exploded in the garage, causing the collapse of two stone garages. There is one injured individual (a man approximately 45 years old) who has been hospitalized at the National Burn Center.
