Video: St. Petersburg - Antalya Flight Delayed for Over a Day and a Half
The St. Petersburg - Antalya flight has been delayed for more than a day and a half due to a technical malfunction of the aircraft. This was reported by the Readovka Telegram channel.
Tourists in St. Petersburg, who were preparing to vacation in Turkey, have been unable to fly for over a day and a half.
The reason is a technical issue with the Turkish Airlines flight.
The departure was scheduled for yesterday at 15:05. Passengers took their seats, but the plane never moved. After a few hours, the crew announced a technical malfunction, and the airline rescheduled the flight for 6:00 AM.
Some passengers have been accommodated at the Hilton hotel at the airline's expense. However, at the rescheduled time, it was impossible to fly as the departure time information was updated overnight, and the flight was postponed to 21:20.
Meanwhile, many tourists are uncertain if the troubles will end here—they fear that the flight could be delayed indefinitely.
