In Lausanne, Switzerland, during a night of unrest, seven individuals were taken into custody, six of whom are minors, according to 20Minutes, citing the police. "The detained individuals are aged between 15 and 17. The only adult arrested is 24 years old," the publication states.
The outlet notes that the situation in neighboring France has inspired the rioters, leading to calls on social media for others to take to the streets. Meanwhile, Swiss authorities assure that they are fully managing the situation.
