Zelensky: 'There Are People Who Want to Kill Putin'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that he has become accustomed to living with the constant risk of losing his life, but he emphasized that in his opinion, Ukrainian soldiers face even greater dangers on the front lines.

“The greatest danger is for our soldiers on the battlefield. Every second. There are always bombs. It’s very difficult to sleep and survive. I have been there several times and know what is happening. May God give them strength to move forward and return home,” Zelensky said in an interview with El Mundo.

“I am used to it. There are many people beside me who also live in danger. It’s a conscious choice we have made. I am proud of the challenge before me. I live with it normally. Yes, I will tell you that Putin is threatened more now than I am. There are still people who want to kill him,” Zelensky added.
