Collision of Police Captain's Mercedes and Opel in Ararat Leaves Four Injured, Three Are Police and Emergency Workers

At around 07:40, a Mercedes driven by 33-year-old Davit P. collided with an Opel Zafira driven by 41-year-old Hrant M. in front of the Masis village municipality.

As a result of the accident, both drivers, along with Opel passengers—28-year-old Juliet Kh. and 25-year-old Elen R.—were taken to the "Artashat" medical center with bodily injuries.

According to the report, driver Davit P. works as a community police inspector in the Masis division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, while injured passenger Juliet Kh. serves as a senior inspector of the community police division in the same department. Both hold the rank of captain. Elen R. is a legal advisor instructor in the Fire and Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, holding the rank of senior lieutenant.
