Araik Harutyunyan's Speech Was Not Broadcast in Parliament: Hraparak

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, finally presented the report on the progress and results of the 2022 action plan and the 2023 action plan in parliament yesterday. Despite the legal requirement for parliamentary sessions to be broadcast live, the session attended by the president was not aired. We could not determine why this was the case. Perhaps confidential information was disclosed during the session.

Previously, we reported that people in Artsakh were waiting for the president to address what they could expect during their complete blockade. Harutyunyan did not send any messages during this time, nor did he address the people of Artsakh on live television; in fact, his speech yesterday did not go on air either.

According to some sources, the president issued such an order himself because he wanted to have a candid question-and-answer session with the members of parliament. What he said will be revealed in the near future.
