Maria Zakharova on Restrictions Regarding the Use of Iskanders
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, today refrained from answering questions about the restrictions imposed by Russia on the use of Iskanders sold to Armenia during a press briefing.
"This question should be directed to our Ministry of Defense and the specific entities that sign contracts and supply weapons. This question is not within the jurisdiction of the Foreign Ministry," she stated.
Earlier, during a meeting of the commission investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that there had been weapons whose usage rights did not fully belong to Armenia.
