On June 27, the United States is set to provide $500 million in military aid to Ukraine, as reported by CNN.

This funding will allow Kyiv to receive Bradley armored vehicles and Stryker armored personnel carriers. Simultaneously, it has been reported that the new equipment will replace the vehicles destroyed during the special operation in Ukraine.

Earlier, the World Bank announced plans to grant Ukraine $1.75 billion in assistance, which includes a loan from the financial institution, guaranteed by the United Kingdom for $500 million, a $1.25 billion grant from the United States, and a $15 million grant from Finland. It was noted that all these funds will be directed towards healthcare and education. Kyiv will also use these resources to pay pensions, implement social support programs, and pay salaries to state employees.

Since June of last year, the World Bank has already provided Kyiv with $19.745 billion under a program to provide such assistance. Overall, since the beginning of the special military operation, the World Bank has raised nearly $35 billion.
