Video: Wagner Fighter Opens Fire in Rostov-on-Don Near Rostelecom Entrance, People Flee in Panic
A fighter from the Wagner group opened fire near the entrance of the Rostelecom building in Rostov-on-Don. This has been reported by RT. It is noted that people fled in panic after hearing the gunshots.
The building is located across from the circus, where Wagner forces had previously set up a tank.
