Car Accident in Tavush Region: Collision Between Mercedes and Volkswagen Minibus Leaves 8 Injured

Today, June 22, a serious car accident occurred in the Tavush region. Around 1:40 PM, on the 9th kilometer of the Noyemberyan-Ijevan M16 highway, in the administrative area of the village of Tsaghkavan, a Mercedes car driven by 30-year-old Nelli M. from Syunik region collided with a Volkswagen minibus driven by 58-year-old Kamo O.

As a result of the accident, 8 individuals with varying degrees of bodily injuries were transported to the 'Ijevan' medical center. The police have cordoned off the area and are conducting on-site oversight. An investigation has been initiated by the Tavush Regional Investigation Department to ascertain the identities of the injured parties.
