Arman Hakobjanian Flees Artsakh and Buys Gagik Tsarukyan's Gas Stations

The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports: "Zhoghovurd" recently wrote that Arman Hakobjanian, advisor to former Artsakh Prime Minister Ruben Vardanyan, has managed to flee the besieged Artsakh. Hakobjanian himself did not deny this information in our conversation.

It has come to our attention that he is currently focused on expanding his business in Yerevan. According to reliable information, Hakobjanian has purchased the network of gas stations owned by Gagik Tsarukyan. Tsarukyan owns the gas stations of the ‘Multi Gaz’ and ‘Multi Leon’ companies.

In a conversation with "Zhoghovurd", Gagik Tsarukyan's spokesperson Iveta Tonoyan confirmed that the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party has sold his gas stations, but did not disclose to whom. We were able to ascertain that the buyer is Arman Hakobjanian.

To maintain impartiality, "Zhoghovurd" attempted to verify this information with Hakobjanian. Upon hearing our question, he became irritated. "First, I do not want to give a comment over the phone; second, if there is a buyer and a seller, the seller should comment first, then the buyer,” he responded.

When we mentioned that the other party had also commented, Hakobjanian continued to evade the question, asserting that we are not acquaintances, and he does not wish to comment, suggesting the seller should comment first.

Thus, Hakobjanian appears to consider his chances of making money in Artsakh exhausted, having fled to Armenia to expand his business. We will further address which member of the My Step Alliance and which official is supporting Hakobjanian's business endeavors.

It is worth noting that Hakobjanian is a businessman who, after 2018, during Nikol Pashinyan's tenure, built a luxurious villa on the shores of Lake Sevan amidst several violations, although Pashinyan has turned a blind eye to these transgressions.
