Shooting Incident in Angarsk Targets Boxing Federation President

In Angarsk, Russia, a shooting incident has resulted in the death of local boxing federation president Alexander Rakislov, who succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. At the time of the attack, the 40-year-old athlete was accompanied by a friend. This news was reported by the 112 Telegram channel.

The altercation occurred in a café, where Vasily Murachov, president of the local 'Akhmat' combat club, was the first to open fire. When he entered the 'Coffee Like' café, Alexander Rakislov was already there with his friend, Hovhannes Tumanyan. A shootout ensued in the café, during which Murachov shot Rakislov.

In response, Tumanyan grabbed a knife from the kitchen and stabbed Murachov multiple times. He has since been hospitalized. According to 112, Murachov has a criminal record for causing serious bodily harm and extortion.
