Czech President Discusses Consequences of Ukrainian Armed Forces' Counteroffensive Failure
If the Ukrainian army fails, Kyiv will not be able to launch a new offensive until 2024. This opinion was expressed by Czech President and former NATO military committee chairman Petr Pavel, as reported by TASS.
The Czech leader stated that Ukraine has “one opportunity to carry out a counteroffensive this year.” In the event of failure, Kyiv will not be able to make another attempt due to objective reasons, he added.
Pavel believes that negotiations may begin to either halt the conflict or freeze it until 2024.
