Accident Involving Truck Leaves One Injured

On June 16, at 19:24, the crisis management center of the Ararat regional rescue department received information about an accident that occurred in the territory of the 'Araratcement' LLC in Ararat city, resulting in a citizen being trapped.

A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a 'Shacman' truck (driver: G. K., born in 1975) had overturned while performing a dump, landing on the cabin of a parked 'Renault' truck (driver: A. A., born in 1998), trapping its driver inside.

Fuel was leaking from the 'Renault' truck. Rescuers disconnected the power from the trucks, stopped the fuel leak from the 'Renault' truck, and used special equipment to extricate A. A. from the cabin. He was then transported to an ambulance and hospitalized at the Ararat Medical Center.
