2 Billion Dram Annual Income, 32 Real Estate Properties: What Khachatour Sukiasyan Declared
Member of the National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction, Khachatour Sukiasyan, has declared 32 real estate properties, mainly located in the Center administrative district of Yerevan. This was reported by "Factor."
Of these real estate properties, 14 are plots of land (the area is confidential), one of which is located in the community of Byuragan in Kotayk Province, where Sukiasyan also has a summer house (acquired in 2010), while the rest are in the Center of Yerevan (acquired between 1996-2015). Among the real estate, 11 are public service buildings, 1 is an apartment, and 2 are multi-apartment buildings. Two buildings have not yet received state registration of rights, although Sukiasyan inherited them in 2011. Last year, in August-September, Kh. Sukiasyan sold 4 of his plots in the Center along with the public service buildings on them for a total of 1 billion 793.9 million drams.
According to the declaration of property, income, expenses, and interests submitted to the Commission for Prevention of Corruption for 2022, Sukiasyan does not own a vehicle. He holds securities in 12 companies: "Inlobby" LLC (2010, 90%), "Armenia Development Bank" LLC (1997, part of the Sukiasyan family's "Hayekonombank"), "Sil Insurance" CJSC (2008), "Bjni Group" LLC (2004), "Yerevan Flour Mill" LLC (2007), "Yerevan Polyplast Factory" LLC (1995), "Sil Concerning" LLC (1996), "Narek" LLC (1995), "Aradj" LLC (2011), "Yerevan ZOVK Factory" LLC (1996), "Global Mining" LLC (established on September 28, 2020).
Sukiasyan has entrusted the management of his companies to fiduciary management until 2026. Last year, Kh. Sukiasyan lent 550 million drams to Robert Albert Sukiasyan and received back 29.8 million drams that he had lent to "Yerevan Polyplast Factory." The deputy has declared 19 units of property worth over 4 million drams, totaling 177.5 million drams. Among these, 1 item, a wristwatch, was purchased in 2021 for 23 million drams, while the rest were inherited between 1995-1998, including 5 carpets, each worth 5 million drams, 11 art pieces worth a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 30 million drams, and 2 pieces of furniture worth 7 million and 12 million drams respectively. At the end of the year, Sukiasyan had 269,000 rubles and 16.3 million drams in the bank, 6 billion drams in cash, 1.95 million dollars, and 185,000 euros.
Sukiasyan's annual income amounted to 2 billion 116.99 million drams, of which dividends were 75.5 million drams from "Hayekonombank" and 199.5 million drams, 656,000 drams from "Sil Concerning" LLC, 52.5 million drams from "Narek" LLC, 1.79 billion drams from property sales, a salary of 8.4 million drams from the National Assembly, and payments received for leased properties were 1.5 million drams from "Sil Maaza" LLC, 1.8 million drams from "Mini Baskonia" LLC, 24.66 million drams from "Ararat Syndicate" LLC, 2.1 million drams from "Do Do Service" LLC, 405,000 drams from "Malinovka" LLC, and 67,000 drams from "Sil Mineral Water Factory." Sukiasyan has 2 loans, with a remaining principal of 67.9 million drams at the end of the year.
Throughout the year, he spent on vacation twice, totaling 77.6 million drams, and also spent 45.8 million drams for renovations of real estate properties. In 2022, the deputy made one-time expenditures exceeding 8.2 million drams on 7 occasions, totaling 979 million drams.
