Azerbaijan's latest provocation is an attempt to undermine all efforts of the international community. This was stated by Marukyan on his Twitter microblog, where he also shared a video showing Azerbaijani armed forces trying to place a flag in Armenian territory alongside Russian peacekeepers.

“Following the actions of the Armenian border guards, the attempt was thwarted. Tensions are rising daily, accompanied by constant attacks, and this is yet another attempt to disrupt the ongoing peace process and negate all efforts of the international community,” Marukyan wrote.
