The Ministerial Council of the CSTO Countries Kicks Off in Minsk
The Ministerial Council of the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization) member countries has commenced in Minsk. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, who is in Minsk for the meeting, was welcomed by Belarusian Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik along with his counterparts from other member states.
