Arsen Torosyan Sells Land in Nor Hachn a Year After Purchase
Arsen Torosyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, sold two plots of land in the village of Karashamb, Nor Hachn community of Kotayk Province, to his relative Arthur Torosyan in November 2022, a year after their purchase. This was reported by 'Hetq'.
It is noted that Torosyan bought one of the plots for 2 million 700 thousand drams from the former mayor of Karashamb, Zorik Khlyghetian, who led the community for 24 years, from 1996 until September 18, 2020. Zorik Khlyghetian, a historian, is currently the principal of the Karashamb village school.
The other plot, valued at 12 million 300 thousand drams, was purchased by Arsen Torosyan from Zorik Khlyghetian's nephew, 25-year-old Henrikh Khlyghetian, at the time of the transaction.
According to the 2022 declaration of assets, income, expenses, and interests, Torosyan sold the plots under more favorable conditions. Specifically, he sold one plot for 6 million drams and the other for 14 million drams.
It is noteworthy that on March 16 of this year, Arsen Torosyan's father, Gevorg Torosyan, exited 'Fish Farm Management' LLC, in which he held an 80% stake. The sole remaining shareholder of the company is the father of Aragatsotn region governor's advisor Razmik Tadevosyan, Sarkis Tadevosyan.
