VIDEO: 'I propose to reward police officers who uncover drugs with 500,000 AMD' - Hayk Sargsyan

During a Q&A session with government members in the National Assembly, MP Hayk Sargsyan from the ruling party addressed the issue of drugs, noting that there is a trend of increase rather than decrease.

“Significant financial resources must be invested in the fight against drugs. I have a proposal: in the case of discovering a quantity of drugs that is subject to criminal prosecution, to grant the respective police officer a monetary reward, approximately in the range of 500,000 AMD,” Sargsyan stated.
