Vahe Hovnanyan responded that different capital expenditures affect the development of the economy in various ways. 'Therefore, our overall methodology is such that we are guided by classifications, because there is even an opinion, and we are discussing this opinion with our international partners, that there are current expenditures that positively impact economic development just as much,' said Hovnanyan.
