Russia Appoints New Ambassador to Azerbaijan

President Vladimir Putin of Russia has appointed Mikhail Yevdokimov as the new ambassador to Azerbaijan, relieving Mikhail Bochkaryov from his duties. This information is reported by the TASS news agency.
"Mikhail Nikolaevich Yevdokimov has been appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Azerbaijan," states the text of the decree.
It is noted that another decree has been issued relieving Mikhail Bochkaryov from this position.
