If the Issue of Artsakh's Security Did Not Exist, We Would Have Signed the Peace Agreement 3-4 Times Already: Simonian
The security guarantees of Artsakh are one of the most important and complex points in these negotiations. This was stated today, June 13, during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly by the NA President Alen Simonian.
“In the past, everyone criticized those governments that had excluded Artsakh from the negotiation process. Now, we have brought Artsakh into the talks with a certain status, in some way, trying to engage it in negotiations, but no one is talking about that; they say the opposite. If that issue did not exist, we would have signed the peace agreement 3-4 times already,” Simonian said.
