Individuals Residing in Artsakh to Receive 40,000 Drams

The process of accepting online applications for the eighth measure aimed at mitigating the socio-economic consequences of the blockade in Artsakh has begun. This was announced by the Ministry of Social Development and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh.

"The registration process for online applications of beneficiaries established by the Government of Artsakh's decision No. 346-N dated May 12, 2023, has commenced for the eighth measure aimed at mitigating the socio-economic consequences of the blockade. Within the framework of this measure, individuals actually residing in Artsakh will receive a one-time financial assistance of 40,000 drams, excluding those who were employed as of May 1, 2023, and military personnel.

To submit an online application, it is necessary to access the official website of the Ministry of Social Development and Migration of Artsakh at mss.nkr.am, select the “Online Applications for Support Measures” window, enter the relevant program environment, and fill out the required information. Applications can also be submitted through mss-dimum.argov.am.

It should be noted that individuals receiving pensions and/or monthly allowances, those receiving monthly financial assistance for temporary housing needs, as well as individuals actually residing in the communities of the regions of Artsakh (excluding regional centers) will be granted the one-time assistance specified in the measure without the need to submit an online application. Individuals belonging to the aforementioned social groups, as well as those who are not beneficiaries of the measure, including working individuals or military personnel, can register their minor children online.

Before submitting an online application, we encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the guidance on filling out the application provided in the relevant program environment. Individuals who are unable to submit an online application or whose data is missing from the system can visit the relevant divisions of the ministry with an identity document and an ID at the following addresses:
